Automatic Bill Paying Option


On-Line Bill Payment Services

For those customers who use an online bill payment service, we would like to inform you of the process that takes place before your account is credited.

The customer notifies the service that they would like to pay the City of Moberly bill and they transfer the money from the account.

The service then mails the City of Moberly a check for your bill. The entire process can take 7-10 business days. If we receive the payment after the due date, the account will receive a penalty. Please check with your online service to see what the policy is.

Automatic Account Withdrawal

For those customers who would like to use this option, you may obtain an Automatic Withdrawal Form.

Please fill out the form and bring it into the water office with a voided check or deposit slip. All accounts are paid on the 5th of the month, regardless of your billing cycle or due date. It can be with any bank, does not have to be just local banks. You will still receive a statement; however, it just shows your usage and does not need to be paid.

The City also accepts Visa, Mastercard and Discover for bill payment.
