Cycle Billing

New Cycle Billing The City of Moberly has begun the new "cycle billing" of utility bills for water and sewer charges. With the changes in the billing dates, new due dates and delinquent dates also apply. These new dates are indicated in red on the bills. Each property has an individual account number with the first two numbers identifying the "book" number. These represent specific geographic areas within the City. Meter Reading Each meter will be read one time per month, during the scheduled reading period for that cycle. Cycle 1 accounts will be read from approximately the 1st of each month to the 10th, cycle 2 accounts will be read from approximately the 15th to the 23rd. Automatic Bill Payment Customers who have signed up for automatic bill pay will still have their accounts accessed on the 5th of each month. No late fees will apply. Customers who wish to apply for automatic bill pay should contact the office for the form and instructions. Cycle 1 The first cycle includes bills that have an account number beginning with the following: 10, 11, 12, 13, 20, 21, 30, 40, 41, and 50. These bills will be due on the 5th of each month, with the disconnect day scheduled for the 10th of the following month.

Cycle2 Cycle 2 include bills with the following first two digits in the account number: 60, 61, 62, 63, 70, 71, 72, 80, 81, 92, 93, 94, and 95. These bills will be due on the 17th of the following month, with disconnect day scheduled for the 22nd of the month.
