Trash and Recyclables

All trash and recyclables are to be set within five (5) feet of the curb.

All trash and recyclables must be out by 7:00 a.m. Any trash or recyclable not set out by the designated time will be picked up on the residents' next scheduled pick-up day.

Waste that has been scattered by wind, animals, or vandals may not be collected and shall be the responsibility of the resident.

All trash must be contained in a blue bag. Any trash not in a blue bag will not be collected. These bags are available for customer purchase at Moberly City Hall, Wal-Mart, Dollar General, etc.

All recyclables must be contained in clear bags for collection. These bags are available for customer purchase at Moberly City Hall, Wal-Mart, Dollar General, etc.

Veolia offers 90-gallon roll carts for a purchase price of $61.50. Call 1-800-778-7652 for more details.

Veolia will provide one Spring appliance pick up each year.

Veolia will provide a one-item-a-week bulk pick up. For example, you may set out a bulk item, such as a couch, once a week during your regular pick up day. Appliances will not be accepted as bulk items. Click here for more information on the bulk pick up.

Holidays observed are as follows: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day. Click here to see how the Holiday will effect your service,.

Pick Up Day Schedule

This map indicates the dividing points of each service day.

Monday:	East/West Streets - 100 E to east city limits
	North/South Streets - 100 N to north city limits
Tuesday:	East/West Streets - 100 E to city limits
	North/south streets - 100 S to 899 S
Wednesday:	East/west streets - 100 E to east city limits, 100 W to west city limits.
	North/south streets - 900 S to south city limits. All of McKinsey Pl is included
Thursday:	East/West streets - 100 W to west city limits
	North/South streets - 100 S 899 S
Friday:	East/West streets - 100 W to west city limits
	North/South streets - 100 N to north city limits

Recyclable Items

Paper - Newspapers, magazines, office waste, phone books, shredded paper nothing to be placed in brown paper sacks.
Plastic - Grade 1 & Grade 2 plastic, detergent bottles, milk jugs, butter tubs, etc. (rinse well)
Cardboard - Boxes, cereal boxes, shoe boxes, appliance boxes Cardboard must be flattened and bundled and/or tied.
Cans - Aluminum cans, steel (vegetable) cans (rinse well)

Non-Recyclable Items

Items mixed with trash or not rinsed well
Oil and antifreeze containers
Poly-E, plastic tarps, etc.
Hypodermic needles and syringes
Styrofoam
Plastic containers from fast food
Agricultural chemical bottles
NO GLASS of any kind
