Boil Orders and Urgent News

For Immediate Release from Utility Director Keith Phipps
The City of Moberly will be doing water main valve replacement/fire hydrant work Tuesday June 18th, 2013 beginning at 8 a.m. This work will affect the following area and result in a boil order advisory:

• 1000, 1100 and 1200 Blocks of Myra Street
• Surrounding areas of these locations may be affected

Water service is expected to be restored around or before 12:00 p.m.
Residents are advised that due to the time required for testing to confirm water quality in the system, the boil order advisory will remain in effect for 48 hours. If you experience low water-pressure, or have no water, there will be a 48-hour boil order advisory when water service is restored. If anyone has questions they may contact City Hall at 660-263-4420.
