Missouri's Fair Housing Act
The act provides that no person can legally, for the following reasons:
- Discriminate in advertising
- Discriminate in financing
- Discriminate in the terms of sale or rental
- Practice blockbusting
- Refuse to sell or rent
- Represent falsely that a house/unit is not available
